Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → LifeManager Pro → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations are managed by Apple and we cannot process them on your behalf.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open LifeManager → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID that made the original purchase.
I'm on the free tier — what do I get?
Everything LifeManager offers — unlimited tasks, habits, goals, and analytics. The free tier shows non-intrusive ads (banner + occasional full-screen). Upgrading to LifeManager Pro removes ads and supports continued development.
I'm seeing ads even though I'm a subscriber.
Open LifeManager → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases, then force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, email us with the Apple ID that holds the subscription.
My tasks aren't syncing across devices.
Check that you're signed in to the same account on both devices (Settings → Account). Sync runs in the background; if a task isn't appearing, pull-to-refresh on the task list. Tasks created offline sync once the device reconnects.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open LifeManager → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated tasks, habits, goals, and progress from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
I want a refund.
Subscription refunds are issued by Apple, not by LifeManager. Visit reportaproblem.apple.comand select the LifeManager Pro purchase to request a refund. We're happy to provide context if Apple asks — email us with your case number.
I found a bug or have a feature request.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal can be turned off any time in your Apple ID account settings up to 24 hours before the end of the current period.
